For my product attributes, how do I put one before the other

This should be a easy question. I have two attributes for one product.. I have a Drop Down box and then I have a Text Field for another (Thanks stevesh for your hellp on that!) The text field one always shows up on top before the Drop Down box. I even change the numbers and it don't work?

I want the Drop Down One first and then the Text Field one below that. Thanks in Advance!

Check the setting in the Configuration ... Product Info ...

Products Info - Products Option Name Sort Order
Sort order of Option Names for Products Info
0= Sort Order, Option Name
1= Option Name

Then check the setting on the Option Names in Catalog ... Option Name Sorter ...
