How do I reset the master password?

I have installed zencart and it says my password is incorrect, even thought I been typing ing the same password and getting in before, I try to reset the password it don't work, Ihave access to the mysql can I just put in a new password in the filed and sha1 it or something? Is it sha 1?

What Can I do?
