Birthday Gift for Customers

For my customers I want to send them a birthday card as part as my loyalty program. This will be a 1 time use gift of a $10 store credit.

Is there any add on that does this already? Or am I going to have to get someone to program that for me?

Running it returns 0 items might be one problem
