Error 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway

I have installed Zen Cart 1.3.9d on a Windows Web Hosting running PHP 5.2.6 (CGI) on IIS. Everything seems working fine except the following error message when I click on Tools --> Server / Version Info from the Admin Section.

**502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
**There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Any idea what could possibly caused this error message ?

Problem solved by setting PHP to run as FastCGI instead of CGI.
