How to change to the new templates I just downloaded?

Does anybody know how to overwrite the template? I download new template from ZenCart but I don't know how to change to new template I just downladed.

Which template ? Most, if not all of the free ones just require that you drag and drop the 'includes' folder in the mod to the root (top directory) of your store's file system.

Then open your Admin panel and navigate to Tools -> Template Selection. Click the Edit button, then choose the name of your new templatde from the dropdown menu and click the Update button. Now, navigate to Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller and at the bottom of the page click the Reset button.

after you have uploaded the template, you then log into your admin area, from the menu, Tools > Template Selection

you may also need to reset your boxes if you site doesnt now show the side panels. from the amin Tools > Layout Boxes Controller click on reset

I download "Ocean_front" and it's free. When I go to template selection to edit, it doesn't show the new name of template which I just download.

Maybe I should ask how to upload new template?

The Ocean Front template is as I described. Just drag and drop the 'includes' folder that's inside the 'new_install' folder to the root directory of your store's files (usually public_html, unless you've installed Zencart to a subdirectory) using your FTP program.

It should then appear in admin.
