Any Help Center Live add-on for 1.39 zen cart?

Hi, I am seeking the Help Center Live for Zcart 1.39.
Also , I need the 'Email-sending'(similar to 'Contact us' page) function ran automatically when the Help Center Live is off-line such as at deep night.

What add-ons do you recommend?

thank you very much for any word or clue.
