Removing "Zone Rates (Shipping to US)" from Estimate Shipping Costs Page

Is there a way to remove the Zone Rates (Shipping to US) that shows up on the Estimate Shipping Costs page? I have the shipping options I want to display already showing up, why have the Zone Rates show? :unsure:

If you are using the Zone Rate zones shipping module ... you could put in the Skip Zones the US ...
