How do I use an outside autoresponder?

I have acquired an autoresponder called ByPassPublishing. It incorporates traditional email with RSS. I can generate a form just like you can do with eWeber or MailChimp but it is hosted on a dedicated server with a domain name of my own. It is not the same domain as my ZenCart website.

Is there a way to merge the ZenCart customer list to that autoresponder? I have Newsletter Subscriber addon but that only acquires the email address and no names. I suppose I could download the list through PHP Admini, but that seems like a lot of work.

I would like to have a general customer list (broadcast), a purchasers list (evergreen) and possibly a category of interest set lists. I can establish these with my autoresponder but have no idea how to merge it with Zencart.

Any ideas?

I have 1.3.7 with patches installed and yes I know I should update--I'm working on that.

I do have quite a few addons installed.

Many programs have an importer ...

You could look to see if you have one on your ByPassPublishing, then it is just a matter of exporting those customers who have opt-in to your mailings and put the data in a format that the importer can use ...
