Who's gone bananas: Google Chrome or me?

I can't explain the following issue and, though not an expert, I think that there's something wrong with Google Chrome.

I'm using the standard classic template and have done some minor changes. One of them was to replace the green bar on top and on the sidebox headings with a soft coloured beige (or gold or whatever you may call it). The standard white font of the links wasn't visible, so I changed it to #1b498a by making a few amendments to my /includes/templates/my_template/css/stylesheet.css and this worked fine with all browsers except with the title of "New Products" sidebox in Google Chrome, which remains white.

I have tested my site http://athenscollectibles.info with the latest version of IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and AoL browsers and everything looks fine except for this particular sidebox in Google Chrome. Please see attached screenshots and let me know what could be wrong. Many thanks in advance for your attention.

some mixed up code when looking at the source. Two empty divs in the sidebox and an un-named div for the price.

It looks good to me in Chrome, though,

George, looks good in Chrome on my end.

Have you emptied your cache etc etc ?? Or tried to look at the site using Chrome on another computer?

Re: Who's gone bananas: Google Chrome or me?

Thank you both, your assuring me that it looked good in Chrome for you made me search further and the problem is now solved.

I cleared the cache and the box title still displayed as white. Looking more details with "Inspect Element" I discovered that the "visited links" were set to display in white by default in box headings. I use Chrome by default and had previously clicked on this link, it therefore appeared white even when I cleared the cache. I hadn't visited the link in other browsers so the #1b498a was displayed correctly as was displayed in your tests because you hadn't clicked on the link.

I deleted the line in red in the stylesheet.css and everything went back to normal.

.rightBoxHeading a:visited, .leftBoxHeading a:visited, .centerBoxHeading a:visited {
	color: #FFFFFF;
	}

Un-named divs in the code are most probably due to incomplete product details (for example, I haven't set a price to all test products).

Again, many thanks for your support. It's always encouraging to see that members of this forum do listen and care. :D
