[Duplicate] Who's online does not load most times

[Duplicate] Who's online does not load most times

Recently updated from 1.3.8 to 1.39d

This never happened in older version but my front store is small and not used often so I do not do a lot of use in Admin but I now see many times when I click on "who's Online" in the tools that the page never loads.
Other functions in tools does work.

Other times clicking who's online and that page does load without issue but fails to load most times

Cause, how to debug, fix, something from doing the update ?

Ideas you might have to solve this ?

I thought I answered it
store is stock, has no custom apps,
Zen Cart has been online functional for at least 3 years, no real changes made.
Problem seems to start when updated from 1.3.8 to 1,39d

when clicking on Who's Online the host server reports

Who's online webpage never loads even if clicking on who's online via tools multi times

Host is Hostmonster

Again software has not been modified and seems issue started after being updated to V 1.39d and I noticed problem started just after update was done

Via phpAdmin database Zc1 was repaired and optimized by hostmonster tech support, did not fix the probolem

Several improvements have been made to whos-online in the upcoming v1.3.9e.
In the meantime you can try this crude hack until the new release is posted: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpost.php?p=893508&postcount=11

Hi,

The first thing I would check is that the /admin/whos_online.php file was updated to v1.3.9d correctly. Try re-uploading the file from the ZC v1.3.9d fileset. The behaviour you are seeing would certainly occur if you used a v1.3.8 whos_online.php with a ZC 1.3.9d.

Yes I had to delete the 3 lines of code as mentioned by DrByte and now Who's Online works
This has to be noted and assured fixed in a new update as every time that function was clicked on it was putting a load on the host server and would not abort nor say it could not load the who online webpage
