H1 header title is repeating on all pages?

Hi, I seem to be having some trouble getting the proper header title to display on my pages. For some reason 'about us' is appearing at the top of all pages.

the code in firebug: <h1 id="contactUsHeading">About Us</h1>

I've searched all my files and they appear to have the correct header title. any ideas?

when i switch it back to the classic template, the issue is resolved.

That indicates the problem is with your custom template - Talk to your designer.
