Silly Problem, Categories/Headings are doubled

Hello everyone would like your help,
searched and cannot find a solution to this problem.

Question:
When I list categories on my site HERE on each page it will RELIST the category name right below. For example, click on "fashion accessories", now right below that you will see exactly:

" Home :: FASHION ACCESSORIES"
and again bolded "FASHION ACCESSORIES"

How do I remove that extra heading(s)??

The first "Home :: FASHION ACCESSORIES" is the breadcrumb navigation. If your site will not have many subcategories, you may be ok doing without it. Configuration > Layout Settings > Define Breadcrumb Status.

Would you know how to edit that second Heading, it is so BIG. Any ideas??

That is an h1 heading, and you can restyle all h1s in your stylesheet, or just the h1 under certain pages.
