Internet explorer doesn't show new products etc..

Hi,

I am still just in the playing around and setting things up stage with my website but seem to have encountered an issue which I am assuming is known about, but I can't find a fix for.

When I view my homepage in firefox, everything is fine, but when I use internet explorer, the new products listings do not show up and the text image is missing and the breadcrumb display jumps out of alignment. If I view the source for the page, the code is there but ie just seems to be ignoring it !!! I hate microsoft.

check out http://www.cheekychile.com on the 2 browsers and you will see what I mean.

I am hoping this is an easy'ish fix, any help would be appreciated.

You've closed the <body> and <html> tags right after your index.jpg image, though I don't know why that isn't displaying.

I'm not seeing any difference in the breadcrumbs.

Well I removed the <body> all together and no change.

The breadcrumbs have jumped up half an inch in explorer out of the light band they are in on firefox.

And where did the new product listing boxes go in explorer ?

I really don't get why it works in firefox and not in ie... its very annoying.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Ok, so I fixed it, but I still don't fully understand the problem... I just changed the code that displays the flash banner slightly and everything started working.

The joy of learning something new :)
