SecPay/PayPoint Orders not showing after upgrade

Hi all, think I’ve messed up again. Just finished a upgrade and template change from 1.3.7 to 1.3.9e and apart from some tweaks everything is going well except I seem to of missed merging a file and don’t know where to look. Customers aren’t seeing the order success page and nothing about the order is coming through to admin. All the settings for the payment mod are the same and the email from the card merchants are fine. Have I over-written a page that should of been merged? Don’t know where to look.

Difficult to tell you can start with

\includes\modules\pages\checkout_success\header_php.php

There is a lot different between the old and new but I will have to look to see if that page was effected by the update. Possible I edited the one I was using without documenting it or using a overwrite. I’m only surprised there hasn’t been more of it. I have just noticed the times on the orders are off by an hour as well. Could that be the same fault or do I have more going on here?

Do you see anything in order status table?
Also, check includes/classes/order.php

No nothing of the order is showing in admin at all
It shows the customer joining the site but nothing else

I installed cowoa_1-9 that edited the /classes/order.php but I had a login cowoa fault when I was upgrading so i installed it and that fixed that fault. I’m also running the Amazon style checkout login but everything else shouldn’t have changed from before the upgrade. Is the 1 hour time error on the secpay invoice relevant or is that separate do you think?

Sometimes you can track down what is going wrong by right-clicking a link (in your case the checkout confirm link?) and copying the URL - pasting it into notepad.

Then try that URL in a browser. If it doesn't load, you know a page is in the wrong page or referenced wrongly in the two configure.php files.

If you can get to the page that should be showing, you can choose to View the Source and likewise check links to see why it isn't displaying correctly.

Of course, it might be something else!

checkout_success page loads fine when the url is edited for it but the referral to it from secpay isn't opening it when it did before and because it's not coming back to the site it's not confirming the order. I just have no way to find out why

thanks for that, I hadn't found that thread.
I've deleted the line and got my fingers crossed.
can't work out why the time is out by an hour though, everything on our site is set fine.

Just an update. Deleting that bit of code hasn't changed anything. going to have to wait until I can talk to secpay tomorrow and see if they can help

The 1-hour difference is likely just a difference between their servers and your time zone. If it's showing as off by 1 hour on the emails they are sending, then that's something only they can fix.

Yes I have to wait for them, frustrating that they can afford not to work weekends really. At least were still taking orders but the paperwork is mounting up. invoicing is tricky.

Just an update. Got on to secpay (now called paypoint) told them what was happening and their tech said 'yeh it does that, we wrote an update for zen 1.3.9e'
sorted now
oh and the 1 hour out thing was them as well

I got a module from them seems to be exactly the same.

Quick update, Paypoint has done an update and added paypal. They haven’t said about bug fixes I live in hope. Not had any more black hole sales.

It this an update to the payment module or to their server. I'm still having problems.

No the update is their end and adds paypal but isn't going to help I don't think. Talked to one of their people and was told that it only happens on Zencart sites and they have no more idea than I do.
