how do i change the color of this text?

Can you help me to change the Item Name, Price to white along with Product Image under a Dark blue strip bar located in the centre page. Identical to side boxes example: Sponsors, Search, New Products...
Unable to find the code! Now only the Item Name & Price are blue against Blue colour.
