On the PayPal payment page on the Product description I get this:

Item # Store Receipt
But instead of "Item # Store Receipt" I want it to say the product name. How can I do that?

You have two options:
a) RECOMMENDED: Switch to using the much more reliable PayPal Express Checkout
b) Less ideal: Turn on detailed-cart option in the IPN module in your store admin
