[Duplicate] Double orders in admin 1.3.9e

After upgrade to 1.3.9e:

Only when client pays with CC (trough Paypal Pro) in addition to normal order and "emty" order get created without any product or customer information.

Order status in admin shows transaction details for the same dollar value as order before.

It looks like Paypal spits some extra payment information after order get confirmed/processed by Zencart, so next order # is get created.

Each "first" order has this:

3D-Secure: NOT PROTECTED
ECI Value =
CAVV Value =

and "second" emty order has this:

PayPal status: Pending address @ 00:31:47 Aug 11, 2010 PDT
Trans ID:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Amount: xx.xx CAD

Same problem here after upgrading to 1.39e. All duplicate orders are paid with GV/DC.
Maybe the problem is with the Gift Certificates or Discount Coupon moduels?
Please, help.

GV shows if your Free Charge Module is disabled.

Please try to go to your Modules ... Payment ... and save your current settings then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...

NOTE: you should do this on all of your Shipping Modules ...

NOTE: it would not be a bad idea to also do this on your Order Total Modules either ...
