Trying to duplicate create account page

Hi,

I am creating an eshop for selling wines. I want to add the functionality to choose Country>Wine region>Manufacturer (Winery). This should by choosen in dependent dropdown boxes.

I was looking for some built-in Zencart function which has similiar functionality and I found out that the State dropdown does the same thing I need for wineries.

Therefore I wanted to copy the structure of all functions and field used in Login/Create account page and then do the edditing, but I encountered error in the beginning. When I tried to copy whole login page into the page_2 for testing, the dropdowns are not working.

Do anyone of you have any idea what may cause it? The code is exactly the same.

I found out that variables $flag_show_pulldown_states and $selected_country are empty, but I have no clue why.

Open both pages in your browser - adjacent tabs. Then, for each page, view the source. You will find that your test page (Page 2 - I assume) has a completely different header compared to your original login page. In your test page the java script that is generating the dropdown menu is missing.

You will need to make sure that your test page (Page 2) calls for the same header (including the java script) as your login page.

Do you have any idea where are these headers generated?
