Checkout not completed = coupon emailed to shopper?

Hello,

Is it possible to have ZC auto-send an email to a shopper who has created a shopper account and added a product to their cart, but has not checked out within a certain timeframe (for instance, 24 hours after adding the product to their cart)?

The goal would be to mention something like this:

"I noticed that you paid a visit to Our Webstore but did not complete your order. Compelling product copy...

Please use coupon code WXYZ when you finish your order and you will receive a $1 per package discount. etc etc etc."***

One possible issue is that shoppers might try to abuse this system when they re-order... "oh, if I just wait, they will send me a coupon and I'll save a few bucks". So it would be best if this could be a one-time triggered event per shopper.

If you think of any other issues, please do mention them below.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

There's nothing automatic available. There's this:

http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=100

if you want to do something like that manually.

I'm not sure that's a good idea anyway. For someone like me, who might come to your site, put some stuff in the cart so I can see the shipping charges, then go off to check other site's priciing/availability, I probably wouldn't come back if you're bugging me, discount or no.
