How can I Upload Turkish Language pack to the server of my cpanel host

Today I successfull installed zencart to my host's server through their cpanel. Version is Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8. It is in English language and I want to add Turkish language additionally.
Now I wanted to add Turkish Language pack by uploading the files to my host's server. Bu the problem is, how shall I upload all the files and folders in the root of the language pack. And I don't know under which folder in the hosts server should I upload them. I uploaded the zipped pack, but the host's server doesn't unzip them. And the files doesn't work. So I tried to upload them unzipped. But the host's server only uploads files but not folders. Would you please guide me how to upload the Turkish language pack. Is there any other way to upload the language pack to zencart software, like intalling a new language pack in joomla. Thanks
