trouble on test store setup

I downloaded live store files then uploaded them onto a different directory with a copy of the live store database....

the store shows up fine which is good but the admin part I keep getting this error and do not know what to do or why, it is asking for a file that is nowhere on any of the stores I run...not even the ones that have been upgraded to 1.3.9e

this one in question is 1.3.8a

the error:

Warning: require(/home/-----/public_html/shop2/-----/includes/autoload_func.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/------/public_html/shop2/------/includes/application_top.php on line 130

Re: trouble on test store setup

Did you check that the file ----/includes/autoload_func.php actually exists on your server? This file is part of a ZC install file set

Thanks for the idea...yuppers I did, it actually does exist BUT NOT inside the admin/includes folder. It lives in the main includes folder which is why I can't figure out why it is asking for it in the error message ---looking for it in the admin/includes folder that is.

I checked all the other stores i run...I checked the application_top.php files and they are all the same but still the error.

I even uploaded one from the live store of my own that is behaving nicely and stilll it wants that file.

ideas of what to do now?

Re: trouble on test store setup

problem solved!!

what a difference makes just one little typo. I had accidently added the link to admin as the link to the store too so the test store could not find itself in the store admin folder...

comapring linkage in both my live store and the test store admin config files i finally saw the error. can now access the test stores admin and deactivated all sale mods so nobody can buy from here.

thanks
