Overlooked PHP file when adding Page 5 to more information sidebar?

Overlooked PHP file when adding Page 5 to more information sidebar?

Working on adding a Page 5 to the "more information" sidebar, I have the page created and showing up in the backend system, the issue is one the front end my previous links show as
index.php?main_page=page_2

For my new page 5 the link shows up as

index.php?main_page=FILENAME_PAGE_5

I am sure I missing something in a file somewhere but I have modified filenames.php, english.php etc. but still throwing this. Any ideas on which file needs to have this new page registered within it?

You've evidently not defined 'FILENAME_PAGE_5'.
