Adding extra images to the header (like flags & logos)

hello people!

i have been trying to add 3 flags to the header of my site.
im using .3.8

im confused as there are many conflicting answers.

basically i want three tiny icon like images under my search bar - needs to be on top of my header backround colour!- of uk european & u.s flags.

I DO NOT NEED A LINK ADDED TO THEM JUST SIMPLE IMAGES ON TOP OF MY HEADER BACKGROUND IMAGE. - as im sure the colour i have is the header image i think!

In a copy of tpl_header.php add a div and the img src= statements inside that div

Place it in the proper order in the file - - probably within the headerwrapper div
Save te changes and upload the edited file to your template folder structure

and is the "wrapper" part of THIS div, or in the other header php.

Yes it does - one must add it in the order that it is to be displayed

I stated a copy of tpl_header.php

sorry mate i was confused by another person.

ok i opened my tpl_header.php

and searched for the place to add the div.
bearing in mind i want it above the header image/background colour

i found this area in the php file:

<!--eof-header logo and navigation display-->
which is empty! do i add the div in here????
im confused because someone else said -

I stated that this is already builtin and posted the tutorial

So basically, you do not need to add a new div
