CC logo sidebox add on I messed up!

I unzipped the folder and in the cc_accept_v1_2-5 Folder is Images and Includes folder. In the Includes Folder is three more folders.
Languages, Modules, templates..

I didn't rename anything I just Click on the folders to get the PHP and then upload each one to the Shop/Includes folders as indicated.
Where do I put the Images folders? Now I go to the website, I see a sidebox it says We Accept and under that is blank!!! Help!!!

**Rename the folowing directories to reflect your template directory's name
includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/YOUR_TEMPLATE/
includes/modules/sideboxes/YOUR_TEMPLATE
inlcudes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/sideboxes

The files in this add-on will then be in the proper directories to be dragged
dropped to your server if you are using a good FTP client (such as Fetch.com).**

I don't know where to add this if need?

also how do I add a money order icon to the rest of the credit card icons?

I drop the folders in and it worked! But I don't know what to do with the images folder.

Here's the thing. I'm using Firefox and it looks fine. I see the icons I want there.. but when I use internet explorer to view the site I see two x's with the rest of the icons???

Why is internet explorer different?? How do I get rid of those x's?
