Pls help - feel like crying now.........Self taught now messed it up

Hi I am really desperate now.................. I managed to mess up my Admin pages and cannot do anything. 1st I lost the menu bar (with configuration etc etc that runs along the top of the pages). I was playing with the stylesheets last week - trying to change the background but gave up and thought I had put it back to standard. This morning I decided to load a second copy of ZenCart into a different directory and copied the stylesheet from the new directory (from admin/includes) onto my PC then uploaded it back to the old directory (where my shop is). Now the admin pages are even worse. Pls help............. I have spent weeks and weeks self teaching myself this and was almost at the point of making the shop live. :shocking: The most recent screen shot is attached to this post. I have just logged into my admin section and have an error code showing at the bottom of the browser window - that is Error on Page. When I click this I get the following message showing

I cannot see the menu bar for admin - eg the configuration / products etc etc. HELP

Since there are no overrides in the admin section, I would just get a copy of the Zencart 1.3.8 zip file, unzip it and then copy the admin folder (and all its contents) over to your site, overwriting all the files that are there now. That should get you back to the stock admin pages.

Will I lose my catalogue and the settings for my site ?

No. The two sections are completely separate, and the settings you've changed already in admin are stored in the database. Just make sure you drag and drop only the admin folder.
