Discount Coupon - Redemption Code when Updated site moves to links pages

Hi , i need some help plz, when i click on update the Redemption Code for Discount Coupon at checkout page, it does not update the cart but moves on to links pages? not sure why is this happening?

site is https://www.giftandperfume.com , zencart 1.3.8a
