If My Host Upgrades For Me

Currently I am still using 1.3.8a and I am about to let my host do all the upgrade for me to 1.3.9e, just two questions:

1. During the upgrade period, if customers decide to place orders through my site, will the orders still go through during the middle of the upgrade?

2. Do I have to give my host the name of my admin folder?

1. Not likely. Your host should take the site down for maintenance during the upgrade.

2. They already know it, but you can change it again after the upgrade.

Are you sure you want someone else to do this ?

Thanks for the quickly reply stevesh, Yes most likely I will have my dedicated rep from my host do the upgrade for me. I am too busy with my sites since I get orders everyday from my ZC sites, I simply do not have the time to upgrade on my own.

And plus, I might make a mistake and break my site if I upgrade on my own. :blush:
