Need Help With UPS shipping

I am using the UPS module and I have it set to calculate by product weight.

The problem, I am having is that UPS calculates shipping by weight and by size of package, and I don't know which setting I have to change to get the right shipping price.

Could someone let me know how to go about doing this.

Be sure to set your 5 digit US Zip Code ...

Check the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and see what your Maximum Weight and Tare settings are ...

What version Zen Cart?

If an Upgrade, it might be a good idea to save your settings and do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure on your all of your Shipping Modules ...
