Weird error - when type in URL without the http://www the website doesnt work

Hello everyone,

I have a funny one here.

My website: http://www.myczrings.com/ works fine when you type in the full url

If you type in myczrings.com/ it displays the website, but shows a ZenID and then when you click on a link in the website it displays an error 404 message.

However, this never happens on my computer (i use windows 7, firefox, ie and chrome)

It only appears to happen on my clients machine which is a Mac.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I too had no problems!

thanks for the feedback guys. I haven't experienced it either. it appears to be the zenid that is causing the problem on his machine, is the way to turn it off the ZenId in sessions, then "recreate session" false?

Do not use, create, distribute any url that includes a zenid
They are necessary for security and customer tracking/ordering etc

Happens to me. Why don't you just redirect all url's to www?
