Individual Shipping costs

I would like to charge separate shipping charges to each product, how do I go about it.
Each product will NOT go by weight or flat rate rather

I would not buy if the site owner was not savvy enough to inform me what the shipping was to be

They have set shipping rates and maybe if my customers need to buy multiple I can give them a discount, but I need to put their set shipping charges for each item instead based on weight

Im trying to set up a hybrid shipping for USPS. Some items are shipped individual while larger orders can enjoy the flat rate discount.

ex 1 product 2.50 shipping (indiv)
2-4 product 4.95 (flat rate)
5-6 product 8.00 (indiv)
7-20 products 10.95 (flat rate)

can this be done?

right now i have "call for price" which is very disfunctional..
