Receiving can write to configure file warning.
Just started receiving the warning that my config was writable. That was not correct, (it was set to 644) so I changed it to 444 and that did not clear the warning, either. I finally cleared the warning text from the english.php (because nothing else worked).
I am running 1.3.7.1 and no changes have been made in the last several months to anything. It really has me stumped so I thought I'd run it up the flagpole and see who saluted!
