Database Patch Level 1.3.9e, Zen Cart 1.3.8?

I've been running 1.3.8a on one of my sites. It's installed in the public_html directory.

First, I downloaded the database from the 'old' installation (1.3.8a).

I created a new directory (/main) into which I uploaded the 1.3.9e files.

I created a new database for this new installation. I then used phpMyAdmin to import the database from the 1.3.8a installation, to the new database.

I ran the install program in the /main/zc_install directory. I selected to 'upgrade database'.

Everything went very well.

However, when I look at Version, in the Admin section of the /main 1.3.9e installation, it says that the Database Patch Level is 1.3.9e, but it says that the Zen Cart version is 1.3.8a.

What did I do wrong?

What is the complete contents of your /main/admin/includes/configure.php file? (Don't post the database password, but do double-check that the database information is actually pointing to your NEW database). But post the rest of the file contents here.
It's very likely that you've got paths set in that file which refer to the old site, and thus it's finding information from there instead of from the new /main/ site.
