Shopping cart side box not displaying

I'm having a problem displaying the shopping cart sidebox. It's enabled but won't display. Anybody else having this issue or know a fix. I'm running 1.3.9e

Re: Shopping cart side box not displaying

Okay, I got it to display, however I'd like it to be their even if the user doesn't have anything in the cart?

I've seen it done before with zen cart.....

Thanks again
