Order status update goes page goes blank

Im having some difficulties with status update. When I update the status the page goes blank but does the update. using 1.3.9d

What do you see in the /cache in the debug logs?

Afraid your error is not from a file that comes with Zen Cart ...

You appear to have an add on breaking things ... :unsure:
