AuthorizenetAIM Alert email messages stopped

I am a ZenCart newbie, but mostly finding my way around and figuring out how to do things. Now, however, I am stumped.

I am trying to debug an authorize.net AIM connection. I am still running in test mode. I was getting email messages from ZenCart with each of my tests, "AuthorizenetAIM Alert" messages. These would contain the codes that would tell me what is going wrong and I would work on fixing it. Suddenly, the messages stopped.

I am still getting the cryptic on-screen errors, but I don't have the benefit of the detailed codes.

Can anybody tell me why these messages might have stopped and how I can turn them back on? I'm not sure how in the world I will be able to debug this system without that feedback.

(This is a brand new installation of ZenCart (1.3.9d) on a linux server on GoDaddy.)

You can control the debug settings via Admin->Modules->Payment. Click on your AIM module, click Edit, and set your debug preferences.

Also, with GoDaddy, make sure you set the CURL Proxy Status to false in Admin->Configuration->My Store.
Better yet, be very careful about committing to GoDaddy hosting over the long term. It's almost guaranteed that your store will slow down and you'll find yourself shopping for a better space.
