New Zenner

I saw this thread but its for version 1.3.8? I wonder if it would be practical, or even possible to do an either or registration -

Register on Zen Cart automatically ads user to PHPBB3, and register on PHPBB3 and it automatically registers user with Zen Cart??

I currently am running both on the host. Thanks!!!
