Help!!! There was a security error when trying to login.

Dear All :smartalec:,
I got a problem when i create a new user and logout to re login then show this message "There was a security error when trying to login."

I input my Email ID pass correctly. Can i change any files? i'm using Zen Cart 1.3.9c.

So Please help me how to solve this problem? :(
