Product attribute radio button value translation issues

This sounds a bit complex, and it might be.

In developing an advertisement support website, I changed some code to actually choose a category for uploading an image. The radio button as I have made it at the moment, does support choosing a category from the category list currently present in the shop (5 in total).

My problem is with the shopping cart: adding a product with all the attributes into the cart will put all values in there, but retrieving the category name from the choosen radio button value is done inside a piece of code which I also have to rearrange. Apparently the supporting text value is not placed into the cart, but the choosen radio button 'value' is (value is between quotes because it is not an actual value, but the 'checked' one).

Appreciated if some developer guru might point me in the correct file where the text string is actually attached to the radio button 'value', so I can reconstruct the correct shopping cart text.

Re: Product attribute radio button value translation issues

I see I have to explain myself a little bit further before I trigger anyone to give a reply... Maybe explain the question in another way.

If I have (in Zen Cart v1.3.9d) any products with attributes in my shopping cart, and with the first checkout page (payment), I change the language, where is the text for the attributes of the product taken from? I can see it change on the screen, but it's difficult to determine the exact source file where this is done.

Anyone?
