Coupon trouble with Linkpoint

I have the Linkpoint credit card mod, installed it three weeks ago. Seemingly since then, I can't use coupons. When I apply a coupon, I get a message stating the credit card is invalid - please reenter the cc details, use another card, or contact the store owner. If I do not use a coupon, the order is processed easily. Anyone have any idea where to start troubleshooting this? Thanks.

If you post ERROR Number its would be really easy to fix.

I am assuming that you are mostly getting this ERROR:

"SGS-002301 subtotal mismatch occurs".

This is the error I started receiving when I started using coupons with LinkPoint.

To fix it, Check out the patch by Dr Byte provided on this page...

I installed this patch and it fixed the error.

You will be surprised to know that I installed Zen Cart last month, and I am using Version v1.3.9e.

Its not that old, but its also not the latest.

Still your 1 year old patch worked..... :smile:
