Pages not showing up in define page editor

After my latest upgrade, my pages are not showing up in the define page editor. Also, when I move files between folders, they do not move correctly. Whenever I am accessing a template, I get two forward-slashes. For examples, if I go to includes/temples/my_template, it show /includes/templates//my_template. This is preventing me from using the define page editor and moving files.

Does anyone know what is wrong here?

Paste top half of your /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php files here

I ended up re-uploading my files. It fixed the problem.
