Change "Call For Price" text

Is it possible to change the "Call For Price" text that displays when you set the price to $ 0.00 ? I wanted to change the text to something like "Call For Special Pricing".

When viewing the list of products in a category, "Call For Price" comes up as twice, once as text and once as a link to our contact page. Is it possible to only have the link show?
