Missing orders using easycheckout addons?
Hey all, just wondering what kind of checkout modules people are using? I have 'easycheckout' I think it is and its great, it keeps things nice and simple and most importantly removes un needed pages. However since using it I have have 3 orders (out of 30 - 40) where zen cart has not sent me an email telling me what the customer has ordered, meaning I have to call them, apologise and get the order that way, a tad embarrasing an unprofessional.
Has this issue been mentioned before? if so is there a fix? Are there better solutions?
