Adding Attributes to entire Category

Is there anyway of setting attributes to an entire category rather than having to do it to each product individually?

I've added a size attribute that 90% of my products need and it's going to take me an AGE if I have to manually add the attributes to each product.

I've tried the "Improved Attributes Controller which allows me to add all attributes at once, but not to more than 1 product at once

Yes, First setup one product with the attributes you want to be copied to everything else in a category. In the attributes controller select the product you have created and display the attributes. At the top of the screen there is a copy to category button. Select that and then pick the category to copy the attributes to.
