Captcha not working when Shop Status and Customer Approval Status is not Zero

I have been looking in the forum for a solution to my issue. Could not find it. Hence posting it here..

I have installed captcha_zencart to work in my site.

Issue: The image is does not display when

Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices is not Zero

or Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending is not Zero.

for the image to display both the field has to be Zero.

I want to set status 1 for Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending and Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices.

Can anyone please let me know how to get this working?
