Only 6 of 28 Approved Reviews Showing

I'm having problems with all the approved reviews showing up on the following page. http://www.hansenenterprises.net/index.php?main_page=reviews. Zen Cart 1.3.8a. I've checked DB tables (reviews, reviews_description, products, products_description, etc). I've tried reverting to classic template and also checked files in /includes/templates/MY_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl...
/includes/modules/pages/...
and several other directories.
I've also checked settings by logging into admin and going under configuration > maximum values, configuration > product listing, and configuration > product info.

I'm at a loss and would appreciate any advice on what else I can check. It's been a few months since I've done any ZenCart work and need to get this worked out before migrating to 1.3.9f. Any help is very much appreciated.

I have tested v1.3.8 and v1.3.9f and all the reviews that are active show in the listing and when more than 1 page, there is a navigation for them ...

I cannot repeat this issue ...

Are you using any kind of Add Ons or customizations related to Reviews? :unsure:

Thanks for the quick followup. I'm using a few addons but none related to reviews that I can think of. I have CEON Advanced Shipper and URI Mapping, Froogle and Analytics. I might try upgrading to 1.3.9f, reinstall modules and see if that fixes it. Will continue searching through DB and files and see if I find anything before upgrading.
