Attributes by percentage

My products are priced by attributes. There are several choices with different prices. I want to add a 2nd attribute that will increase the chosen first attribute by a percentage, not a fixed amount. Can this be done?

Not without customization ...

A Priced by Attribute is going to base a percentage off the Price by Attribute vs the selected attribute ...
