FedEx Ground rates slightly higher than Home Delivery

I've got everything configured and came across no install issues.

While running some tests, I noticed that the Ground rates were slightly higher than the home delivery rates. I doubled check my test data with FedEx site and Ground doesn't even come close to what FedEx says...yet the home delivery is perfect match.

Any suggestions as to what my cause this?

Additionally, the rate returned on the home delivery option is my discounted rate, not the published rate. Am I suppose to add a surcharge to bring it up to published rates?

What Weight and Ship From address and Ship To Address are you testing? :unsure:

Its working correctly now.

The meter# that was auto generated (when you leave it blank) seemed to be the issue. I went ahead and registered a meter number through FedEx website, keyed that into my setup and now its working right.
