Need to change the text in the blue title bar

Hi there everyone. I'm very new to Zen-Cart, and I am trying to customize my website to look more like a professional store. My page currently says "Zen-Cart, The Art of E-Commerce" at the top of the page in the blue title bar. How do I change that to the name of my store? I checked the FAQs on this, but I'm not sure I understand how to implement the answer.

hi......
if u want to change the title, then go to includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php and change your title

It assumes you have a FTP client and know how to use it....
If you have a windows PC it is very similar to explorer just with 2 panes one local and one your server

You TP that file in that path to your local

Usa a "PLAIN TEXT" editor or code editor and open it change the define as outlined in the tutorial

Save it and FTP it back to the server in an override folder named for your template (might have to read about the override system)
