can't find medium or large image folders
Hi,
I am usingzen cart version 1.3.9d modern zen template PHP5.3 with image handler 2, fual slimbox.
The problem i am having is when i go to my ftp (filezilla) and go to the images folder i get a list of images but none of the folders, i.e. medium, large, banners etc..
When i go through cpanel to file manager i get all the files listed in there and the folders.....so why here but not filezilla?????????????
In filezilla i created a new directory in images, medium and large they were there until i refreshed the filezilla server and then they were gone too.
The reason this causes me such a problem is i cannot get my gift certificate or watermark images to show up as they are in the medium and large folders.
I have uninstalled fual slimbox sql file, when i had done this my watermark for my large images came back but still no watermark for medium image (small image has always been ok and visable) so i reinstalled the sql file and no large watermark:huh:
I do have an automatic feed from a dropshipper attached to my site which places the images in my image folder automatically,,,,i am unsure if this is the cause.
I am thinking it is more likely to be a compatibility issue between IH2 & fual light box but i am probably wrong
any help will be appreciated, Thanks
