Category menu as list items

How can I change the category side box menu to generate an unordered list instead of a anchor and a break?

right now the template generates this html

<a href="link">Music</a>
<br />

I would like it to generate this:

<ul>
  <li><a href="link">Music</a></li>
  <li><a href="link">Movies</a></li>
  <li><a href="link">Books</a></li>
</ul>

Is this possible?

Thanks

You would have to custom code the sidebox
You can look at the code for cat-tabs as it is a UL

If I understand the question, this will do that:

http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=1307

It's just a minor change to one file.

Thanks we got it figured out. :clap:

Note: This mod (Categories menu - replace with ul/li) puts all categories and subcategories into one <ul>, without any hierarchy. It will be useless for differentiating between top and subcat list items.
Categories Dressing generates a correctly nested <ul> list set, with ids for each list.
